    Maqolada qizil lavlagi o‘simligi tarkibidagi ayrim kimyoviy birikmalar va ularning biologik ahamiyati haqida ma’lumotlar keltirilgan. Qizil lavlagi inson salomatligi uchun juda foydali birikmalarga boy bo‘lib, uning tarkibida vitaminlar, minerallar, fenol birikmalar, karotinoidlar, nitratlar, askorbin kislota, betalain pigmentlar va shu kabi ko‘plab biologik faol birikmalar uchraydi. Ushbu maqolada o‘simlik tarkibidagi uglevodlar, aminokislotalar, vitaminlar, minerallar va ularning organizmda bajaradigan funksiyalari to‘g’risida ma’lumotlar keltirilgan.

    В статье приведены сведения о некоторых химических соединениях красной свеклы и их биологическом значении. Свекла богата очень полезными для здоровья человека соединениями, содержит витамины, минералы, фенольные соединения, каротиноиды, нитраты, аскорбиновую кислоту, беталаиновые пигменты и многие другие биологически активные соединения. В данной статье рассматриваются углеводы, аминокислоты, витамины, минералы, содержащиесв свекле и их функции в организме.

    The article provides information about some of the chemical compounds in red beet and their biological significance. Beetroot is rich in compounds that are very useful for human health, it contains vitamins, minerals, phenolic compounds, carotenoids, nitrates, ascorbic acid, betalain pigments and many other biologically active compounds. This article discusses the carbohydrates, amino acids, vitamins, minerals in plants and their functions in the body.
