Ushbu maqolada o‘zbek romanchilik maktabining asoschisi, mohir publitsist, 300 ga yaqin felyetonlar muallifi Abdulla Qodiriyning teatr xususidagi qarashlari, ayrim dramalarga munosabati va bu sohadagi izlanishlari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, hozirda mavjud bo‘lgan Qodiriy maqolalari va feletonlarida teatr san’ati istiqboli, uning shaxs filogenezidagi o‘rni, jamiyatdagi mavqei to‘g‘risida qimmatli ilmiy- nazariy qarashlari bayon etilgan.
